A few weeks ago I started working out regularly, and I've really started to enjoy running. In my experience, music really makes all the difference between a great workout, and a so-so workout. Here are some of my favorite songs to help really dig deep and make it a great workout. (Can you tell I love dub-step music? Lol!)
I still can't get enough of Gangnam Style. If it comes on in my car, I have to hear it at least two more times before moving on. Also, I love The Twist and oldies in general! :D
